dc.description.abstractThe radiological features of intracranial epidermoid cyst involving basal cistern in a young woman on Computed tomography (CT) and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are discussed. Extensions of the tumor and its mass effect on adjacent structures and cranial nerves in the patients are discussed. Role of imaging in diagnosis of intracranial epidermoid cyst and differentiating points from other similar intracranial cysts are discussed.en_US
